• Facebook announced Friday a new JavaScript client library that will allow Facebook apps to be displayed on any website.

  Brilliant move, now they can ask for ransom, otherwise they will destroy the internet with their Facebook apps.

  Smart that they use Javascript, thus removing any chance of them being used on Myspace.

  as annoying as this sounds, there are tools to block them on facebook, and there will no doubt be tools to block them everywhere else too. i know we really shouldn’t have to, but im sure adblock and greasemonkey will do most of the hard work for us.
