To be sure, not everything is known about the extent and execution of the CIA’s operation. But, on the surface, it carries similarities to Obama’s stated approach towards Pakistan’s terrorism problem, the same approach Bush trivialized.

Obama doesn’t want to respect the sovereignty of other countries, and would rather we go in and execute military strikes based on intelligence* without the permission of said country. I can never vote for a man who says he would do that.
