  I’m surprised that the prosecutor didn’t charge them both as adults for having sex with minors.

  I’ll be honest, so get your dig down buttons ready. I think this is the right call. Sex is something that can be forced on a child easily and there should be laws to protect children. There isn’t any leniency for kid fucking, even if its two preteens touching each other, because to be lenient sets a bad precedent.

  Also, a 12 year old fucking anything but up is just horrid. Kids are protected by laws and prevented from making decisions for a very good reason. They are kids.

  The kids are just working on their future planets that they will be gods on one day….

  I just cant wait until they catch a kid playing with himself. Victim? Perpetrator? Molester?

  All three, dude. That’s, like, at least eight back-to-back lifetime sentences with no chance of parole.

  Given their apparant obsession with the subject, it sounds like a lot of them can’t wait either.

  They are not old enough for consenting sex, but they are old enough to have to appear before a court? Boggles the mind.

  The kids were charged individually and responded individually; an appeal doesn’t “cover” someone who doesn’t make it. The boy is getting left behind because the article is about the currently undecided Supreme Court case (of which he is not a participant).

  The boy isn’t getting as much attention because he didn’t contest the charges in the original case, while the girl appealed to the Supreme Court (the current case).
